Added:

• MarshalSafeCollections() method
• Encoder.nilSafeSlices and Encoder.nilSafeMaps fields
• Add 'tagkey' to use different key than json (set on Decoder struct)
• Add 'jsonfilter' to filter printed fields (set via MarshalSafeCollections)
